The 2023 3CMA Annual Conference will take place September 6 - 8, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

3CMA has negotiated a sleeping room rate of $199 plus applicable taxes per night. Reservations may now be made by calling (402) 593-5048.  An online hotel reservation option is also available (Hotel Reservations). Please identify yourself as part of 3CMA to qualify for the negotiated rate.

Conference Registration

Your conference registration fee will be reduced by $100 if you guarantee that you will make your reservation at the Hyatt Regency Orlando which is the official host hotel for the 2023 Annual Conference in the 3CMA room block at the negotiated room rate. The 3CMA negotiated room rate is $199 per night plus tax. 

A local registrant may also deduct $100 if he/she is unable to register at the hotel.

Registration Form Explanation

When 3CMA enters into a contract with a hotel for use of meeting room space, it negotiates a block of sleeping rooms based on anticipated attendance at an established price per room, guided by the principle of obtaining the best room rate for all of the conference attendees. By satisfying the negotiated number of sleeping rooms, 3CMA avoids paying substantial fees for the use of meeting rooms. This helps keep down the conference registration fees.  

Basically, the cost of meeting rooms is factored into the price of sleeping rooms. If that were not the case, the cost of meeting rooms would have to be added on to the conference registration fees. When attendees use hotels other than the conference hotel or obtain discounts through internet wholesaler sites, this exposes 3CMA to significant financial penalties for failing to meet its contracted quota of sleeping rooms.
