Registration/Parking/Building Access

The conference will take place at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) located at the Old Post Office, 433 West Van Buren Street, Suite 450. 

Use the main entrance on Van Buren Steet. There are multiple doors. Once inside, go left (east) to the East elevator bank. Registrants will receive a QR code in advance that provides access through the secure turnstiles; take the elevator to the fourth floor 

We recommend using public transit if possible. The Old Post Office is a short walking distance from Chicago Union Station and Ogilvie Transportation Center. Access and parking info can be found here  TOPO_Accessibility_May-2022-1.pdf (post433.com)

*Parking is available at the Old Post Office. However, please note that there are many other less costly and easily accessible parking options nearby through SpotHero. 

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations or substitutions must be made via email. After March 10, 2023 no refunds will be processed for cancellation. Substitutions may be made at any time in writing. Telephone substitutions will not be accepted.
