Explore this territory and be inspired while enjoying all the outdoor splendor that northwestern Nevada has to offer. The conference site is the Hyatt at Lake Tahoe, situated on one of the world’s most scenic lakes surrounded by snow-capped Sierra Nevada mountains in the quaint resort community of Incline Village. Just an hour’s drive from the metropolitan area of the Reno/Sparks community, you’ll find yourself refreshed and renewed by both your surroundings and the lively conference sessions.

The Lake Tahoe Basin has one of the most enjoyable climates in the world with sunshine 80 percent of the time. Temperatures are typically 10 degrees cooler than in the valley, with an average Fall daytime high of 57 degrees making it pleasant sweater weather. Nighttime temperatures can drop dramatically, especially near the Lake, so come prepared!

Incline Village and the Hyatt is an hour’s drive up State Route 431 (known as the Mt. Rose Highway) from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. It is easily accessible via the No. Lake Tahoe Express shuttle which is offering special rates to conference attendees (you can make your reservations via the 3CMA conference website). You can also rent a car at the airport if you wish; check out the airport’s website at www.renoairport.com to see which agencies serve the area. Taking a taxi from the airport to Incline Village will run you about $80 one-way.
