Conference Hotel

Reservations at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe may now be made by calling 1-800-233-1234. The rate is $159 plus tax. You will need to identify yourself as part of 3CMA to qualify for this rate. 3CMA's contracted room rate is available until September 30, 2008 and depends on availability in the negotiated room block.

Regarding the 3CMA Room Block
	3CMA's room block at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is currently filled. As noted before, any reservations cancelled up through September 30th are returned to 3CMA's room block. Please continue to check with the hotel for availability.

	The nearest alternative hotel option is the Inn at Incline which is located a few short blocks up the street from the Hyatt. The number for the Inn is 1-800-824-6391.

	Another option shared by attendees who have made a reservation there is the Cal Neva in Crystal Bay. This hotel is located just a short drive from the Hyatt. The number for the Cal Neva is 1-800-225-6382.

	*Please Note This Change: The City of Reno has obtained a Friday night rate of $84.50 at the Eldorado in downtown Reno. To make a reservation at the Eldorado, please call 1-800-648-5966 and mention that you're attending the City of Reno 3CMA Meeting** (Group Code: MCR1008). The Eldorado location may be a great choice for those who plan to go on one of the Saturday downtown networking tours.

Also please note that Annual Conference Attendees will not be charged a "Resort Fee".
