| 3CMA
will divide the entry categories into population groups depending on the
number of entries received. In addition to the coveted Savvy
Award, judges designate a Silver Circle Award and Award of Excellence.
Judges are local government professionals and persons from the
professional, consulting and academic communities who are highly
knowledgeable in marketing and communications activities. All
entries are judged on overall accomplishments, with measurable outcomes
being heavily weighted. Entries in the Tools category are judged
on overall creativity, quality of content, design and production, and
budget. Entries in the Processes category are judged on customer
focus, use of methods that encourage two-way exchange, and budget.
3CMA and judges reserve the right to reassign the entries to
categories other than those in which the entries have been submitted, if
they believe that this will result in a fairer evaluation.
