environmental video. The award recognizes the entry that best
reflects the commitment to the understanding and need to communication
environmental issues as exemplified by the dedication and work of Susan
B. Farmer. |

Bancroft Award honors the most outstanding city or county resident
newsletter. The award was established to recognize the founder of
City Hall Communications and his tireless efforts to raise the standards
and effectiveness of communications in local government.
