  There are more than 50 social media tools to help communicators deliver important messaging during crisis situations. But what if you could only choose one?  Based on the famed “Civic Dinner” platform, this interactive lunch session will spark exciting conversation about the best social media platform to leverage during a crisis.

Navigating Rocky Relationships: How to Position the Communications Department as a Vital Resource
  Are you struggling to build trust and support for communications efforts from elected officials and the senior management team? This two-part panel presentation will feature insights from public information officers and city administrators on how to position the communications department as a vital and credible source. The session will include tips on how to align communications actions around the mission, values and strategy of the organization while developing important relationships and earning a seat at the table.
