A deposit of 50% of the sponsorship level must be received by 3CMA within 15 days of signing-up to reserve your sponsorship level. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to the start of the Annual Conference (August 16, 2017).
All audio visual or electrical requests should be made directly through the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Anaheim, CA. 3CMA will provide a table and chairs. All other special requests will need to be done through the hotel. Thank you.
Please provide a company descriptor for 3CMA to include on our website and to also be included in the printed Sponsor Information that will be provided to all Conference Attendees.
