2013 Annual Conference Early Registration

1. Registration Form Explanation
   Your conference registration fee will be reduced by $100 if you guarantee that you will make your reservation at the DoubleTree Paradise Valley Hotel which is the official host hotel for the 2013 Annual Conference in the 3CMA room block at the negotiated rate. The 3CMA negotiated room rate is $129 per night plus tax. <br><br> If you will be sharing a room with another attendee, each of you may deduct $50 from the registration fee. A local registrant may also deduct $100 if he/she is unable to register at the hotel.

18. Cancellation Policy
    Requests for cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing (no fax or e-mail, please). Cancellations between August 23, 2013 and August 28, 2013 will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. After August 28, 2013, no refunds will be processed for cancellation. Substitutions may be made at anytime in writing. Telephone substitutions and cancellations will not be accepted. <br><br> Note: If payment is made on-line via credit card through PayPal and a refund is requested 60 days or more after initial payment, the refund issued will be minus the 2.9% fee that 3CMA is charged.
