Summary:

This professional administrative position assists the Media Relations Manager with writing, coordinating and implementing Citywide public relations campaigns and communications programs for both internal and external audiences.

Essential Function Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, write and edit press releases, media advisories, public service announcements and feature articles
  • Maintain and update content on the City's website
  • Prepare material for high-quality internal and external publications, including Signature City magazine, city calendar, miscellaneous brochures, speeches, programs, etc.
