Communications Specialist

The position of Communications Specialist will assist the Director of Communications in implementing the “Discover a Healthy Life” brand. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with a diverse group of people and able to adapt to ever changing work activities. The person should be be proficient in a variety of communication, public relations and marketing techniques. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public affairs, or related field from an accredited college or university and two to five years of experience in communications, business administration or marketing; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Experience in local government a plus.
