2021 Annual Conference

Details on the 2021 Annual Conference coming in mid February.

A sincere thank you to everyone who responded to the member survey. It showed that over 75% of those responding did not believe they would be in a position to attend this year’s conference amidst both work demands and safety/personal concerns. In the same vein, many also said that as much as you treasure participating in the Savvy competition, work obligations are so demanding now and in the foreseeable future, that it would be difficult to enter or help judge the Savvy Competition. 

We understand you are truly on the front lines in your community.  At 3CMA we respect the tremendous job each one of you is doing to keep your residents informed, engaged and as safe as possible during these challenging times. 

The great news is that we’ve already locked everything down for the 2021 Annual Conference so you’ll still have the opportunity to visit St. Louis, with the conference scheduled for September 8 - 10, 2021. 

A few quick details on the Annual Conference:

  • Registration: If you have already paid your registration for the 2020 Annual Conference, we will be happy to apply it to your 2021 registration or issue a refund. To request a refund, please email info@3CMA.org.
  • Hotel Reservations: If you made a reservation within the 3CMA room block, your reservation will be automatically canceled in the next two weeks. If you made reservation outside the block, please be sure to cancel your reservation. 

Virtual Conference

Details on a virtual Annual Conference are currently in the works and we look forward to sharing these details in the coming weeks!

As difficult a decision it was to not hold our conference in 2020, we know when we gather next year there will be many stories to be shared. Please know our wish for each of you is continued strength and health, as well as patience and empathy for challenging situations and circumstances. Your work is valued and important and we pledge to continue to support you and all members as we move forward.
